The square webbed necklace focuses primarily on the flexible metal webbed structure as it connects to the moving human body. It is inspired by the mesh armour or chainmail with its fluid/agile grid structure.
The history of body armour is big with romantic legends and myths, ‘knight in shining armour.’ The mesh armour is an epic tool that was functional yet romanticised to inspire grit/valour and agility.
